Zia-Priven in the "Chandelierious!" Exhibit
Zia-Priven Design is excited to announce we will be
participating in an incredible and spirited Exhibition at
the Shelburne Museum in Vermont.
It's called Chandelirious! The Dazzling World of
Contemporary Chandeliers
May 20 – October 28, 2007
Our 10 foot Troy Chandelier, made up of over 3000 Ping Pong
balls, will be making the journey to Vermont to be the
center attraction at this fabulous exhibit. We hope you
will get the opportunity to attend.
Exhibition details:
Designers today are doing incredible things with the
chandelier. Experiments with materials and types of light
have yielded adventurous results that turn conventional
notions of lighting upside down. Chandelirious! exhibits
about 25 of the most current and out-of-the-box examples,
from chandeliers made of ping pong balls to ones making use
of LED and neon light.
On view in the Round Barn; the exhibit is installed in part
in the barn's massive center silo.
